Its constituent oils such as Clove Vitality, Lemon Vitality, and Cinnamon Vitality give a comforting seasoning to warm food and drinks. Add Tangerine Vitality or Orange Vitality essential oil to Thieves Vitality to further brighten the flavors of your favorite foods.

"I diffuse Thieves almost daily during the stressful Fall & Winter months when our immune system needs some extra support. I like it in my coffee or as a warm tea, but start with it diluted because it can be too strong to many. Thieves is a "hot" oil meaning it can be irritating to sensitive skin, and especially the eyes so please use with caution.  A carrier oil like coconut or olive oil is nice to have handy when you are using it for the first time."
